Easy and quick read. I actually won a copy and had already pre-ordered my copy. As a millennial, this “schooled” me, it identified some of the tension I was having when I had to “demote friends”,but it also “saved” my demoted friends and associates from being blocked and not tolerated. In my generation, we take loyalty seriously, and can easy disregard the entire relationship at the sight of disloyalty. Thank you for teaching me to be an fruit inspector in every season, and thank you for sharing nuggets about how to deal with the 4 groups of people. This book is a game changer that will change the trajectory of your life. This book helped me build better skills in my personal relationships and in corporate America. This is a must read!
